Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you LOVE your items as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase or they don't fit properly we of course want you to get something you absolutely adore and will wear. 

Return Policy 

  • We do not issue refunds. We do however issue store credit. If you receive a defective item we will issue a refund by the method you bought it as long as you let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. 
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and/or exchange the merchandise within 21 days of purchase. Returns/Exchanges for online/app orders are accepted on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, have ALL tags attached, and returned with the original receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.  However, if you would like to make an even exchange and/or receive a store credit, you have the option to bring your online/app order into any of our storefronts.
  • Sale items, jewelry, accessories, and items purchased during a sale including our live sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If a final sale item is sent back to us we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s) You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 days after the email. If not paid we will then donate the items. 
  • If an item was bought from our comment sold app your payment will be credited back to your comment sold account.

 

Return Instructions

To return an item for store credit please ship it back to:

Package up the merchandise you wish to return, including your receipt, within 21 days of purchase. Again, make sure all item(s) have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have all tags attached. We ask that all returned items be sent back fully insured by UPS or FedEx and that you obtain a tracking number for your records.

Exchange Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may bring it into any location with your receipt to receive store credit or an even exchange. (as long as it is within 21 days, item(s) have not been worn, altered, or washed, and all tags are attached). Under no circumstance will refunds be granted. As long as it is not a sale item.
